MobSMS Gateway is your phone's SMS app and, at the same time, an SMS gateway. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and how to have it deleted.

MobSMS runs as Android's default SMS app. Android grants
send and receive only to the default handler, which is why the app requests
SEND_SMS (send what you compose or your server queues),
RECEIVE_SMS (receive incoming messages and write them to the
phone's message store, which the default handler alone is responsible for) and
READ_SMS (show you your conversations).
On the MobSMS server (api.mobsms.cloud). All traffic between the
handset and the server is encrypted with HTTPS; cleartext connections are
disabled outright in the app. Your messages are visible to you, signed into your
own account, and to MobSMS technical staff only where needed to resolve a
fault.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. It reaches a third party only here: your mobile carrier, which necessarily receives the message text and recipient number when an SMS is sent (true of any SMS); Google Sign-In, if you sign in that way; and where the law requires it.
Messages and device records are kept while your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, email orzumurodparmonov@gmail.com from your account's email address. We complete deletion within 30 days, covering your account, devices, message history and crash reports.

If you would rather incoming messages never leave the handset, leave "forward incoming SMS to the server" off in the app's Settings — it is off by default.
MobSMS is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

MobSMS работает как SMS-приложение по умолчанию. Android
разрешает отправку и приём только приложению по умолчанию, поэтому запрашиваются
SEND_SMS, RECEIVE_SMS и READ_SMS.
Данные хранятся на сервере MobSMS (api.mobsms.cloud), весь обмен
идёт по HTTPS. Третьим лицам данные попадают только к вашему
мобильному оператору при отправке SMS (как и при любой
отправке SMS), в Google Sign-In при входе через Google, и по
требованию закона.
Чтобы удалить аккаунт и все данные, напишите с адреса вашего аккаунта на orzumurodparmonov@gmail.com. Удаление выполняется в течение 30 дней.
